Because resources are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once a resource has been downloaded. We'd encourage a careful look at the preview and description before purchasing.
If a file is corrupted, the wrong resource was delivered, or a purchase didn't go through correctly, that's on us to fix — email hello@mcateachingresources.com.au and we'll sort out a replacement file or a refund, whichever makes sense.
This is separate from — and doesn't limit — any rights you already have under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees certain consumer protections regardless of any seller's stated refund policy.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, and you won't be charged for the next billing period. We don't provide partial refunds for time already paid within a current billing period.
