Terms of use

Each resource purchased from MCA Teaching Resources is licensed for use by one teacher, tutor, or parent, in one classroom or learning setting only. The license is personal to the purchaser and is not transferable to another person.

If you'd like to share a resource with colleagues, the subscription covers unlimited personal use across everything you teach — but it doesn't extend to other staff members. For whole-department or whole-school access, see For schools for a separate licensing arrangement.

You may print, photocopy, and use any purchased resource for instruction within your own classroom, tutoring sessions, or with your own children, for as many students or terms as you like, for as long as you're using it personally.

You may post a resource to a password-protected platform that only your own students can access (a private learning management system, a class portal, or similar). You may not post any resource anywhere publicly accessible — including open school websites, public shared drives, or public social media.

• Share, resell, or redistribute the resource files themselves, in whole or in part, to anyone else
• Modify a resource and redistribute it as your own work, or as a derivative product
• Upload any resource to a public website, public shared drive, or any platform accessible to people outside your own classroom
• Use a resource as part of a commercial product or paid third-party platform

An active subscription grants the same personal-use license described above across the full catalogue, for as long as the subscription remains active. If a subscription lapses, access to new downloads ends, but anything already downloaded remains usable under the same terms.

All resources remain the copyright of MCA Teaching Resources. Purchasing a resource grants a license to use it under the terms above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the content itself.
